A 257,000 square foot office buildout in downtown San Francisco for a confidential AI Client. Dovetail implemented a phased permitting strategy to ensure that occupation was achieved as quickly and efficiently as possible. The
project includes a high end executive briefing center with state of the art Audio Visual; as well as the demolition of existing decks and buildout of a 3-story atrium with an interconnecting stair requiring extensive, precise structural and MEP coordination to incorporate high end finishes and align with fire and structural code requirements. Dovetail worked closely with the project team to finish the sizable office build in a quick 8-month construction duration.
